Screen printing, vehicle wrapping, signage, laser work and 3D fabrication in our own workshop. We know these processes from the machine rather than the catalogue – which shows when the question is what a given run size is actually worth.
Screen printing and textile finishing
Opaque colours that survive the wash. From a single piece to a standing run, with spot colours matched to your specification. We can source the garments too, so you deal with one supplier instead of three.
Digital and flexo printing
Digital printing for short runs, variable data and samples – where preparing a screen does not pay off. Flexo printing for labels and packaging from the reel, backed by ink and material knowledge from industrial development.
Vehicles and glass
Wrapping and lettering for vehicles – from a name on the door to a full wrap. On glass: window graphics plus privacy and frosted film for offices and partitions. Measured, cut and fitted.
Signs and illuminated signage
Signs, banners, hoarding wraps and LED illuminated signage. Designed, delivered and installed if you want it that way.
Laser, doming and 3D fabrication
Laser engraving and cutting, domed resin emblems for rating plates and machine logos, printed prototypes and spare parts. Small quantities are the normal case here, not the exception.
Packaging and labels
Material selection, sample building and short runs. This is where the industrial print development work lands most directly.
Material and product testing
Adhesion, abrasion, light and chemical resistance, printability – tested to recognised methods together with a partner laboratory. It settles whether material and ink work together before the run, rather than on the finished job.
